I’ve always been passionate about the human body, the mind and people. I love people.
My goal here is to assist you in your Face Yoga journey while making use of the knowledge that I’ve gained through my prior work and education. I am a certified medical assistant, nutritionist, yoga teacher, self-care coach, and was also an actress.
I take a holistic approach in my work. Everything is connected, and I’m glad to be able to support you in making even more connections within yourself.

What is Face Yoga?

Face Yoga 101 does not only show you how to get results and work the facial muscles (which for the record we love!). It also teaches the importance of working your mindset and self-love muscles. Nutrition, mindset & lifestyle are as important.

So let’s work your face like you work your body. Also, work on your mindset and self-love muscles like you truly love yourself (because we all need a little more of that).

Am I too old or young to start?

There’s never a bad time to start!
When you’re not yet affected by the signs of gravity, you can still benefit. Your future self will thank you for training your facial muscles how to move without forming lines while strengthening and toning your face.
Same as it’s never too late to start! Let’s assume you can’t deny you’ve become “wiser” over the years, and you noticed gravity must be real. Face Yoga can help you in toning your entire face, neck and jawline. It helps to also smoothen out facial lines. The process is a natural face-lift that leaves you with a healthy glow.

How fast will I see results?

There is no one answer that fits all. When practicing daily, most of the students see noticeable changes within just 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes, changes can be seen within one session.
As we see our face daily, it can be harder to see changes. So always take that famous before picture, so you can compare and celebrate.
As in most things in life, the magic happens when you’re consistent. It’s important to stay motivated and curious to slowly establish the practice as a daily routine. Luckily you can do it anywhere!

Will I get wrinkles from practicing?

No. If you practice with awareness, correct body posture and perform the poses correctly you’re all good. No worries, I’ll guide you very clearly through the poses.

Some people are worried that Face Yoga can cause more wrinkles. Let’s clarify. Repetitive wrong movements cause wrinkles. Face Yoga teaches you the correct way to move your muscles to prevent and reduce wrinkles. Always make sure you follow the instructions and use a mirror until you perform the poses correctly.
